Jim Franks
Retired Banker
Jim Franks served as the Arkansas Regional President and board member of First National Bankers Bank, the second largest correspondent bankers’ bank in the United States, until his retirement in 2017. An attorney, Franks began his banking career while attending law school and after practicing law in private practice returned to it to work for his family-owned community bank. He holds a BSE from Henderson State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law, and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University. He is licensed to practice law before in the State of Arkansas as well as the Federal Court system.
